Phillip Kwok (a.k.a. Guo Zhui or Philip Guo trained with Grandmaster Wong Cheung in the late 70's as part of the film making process.
In the film Grandmaster Wong Cheung plays the small role of Ying Cha-Po's (Phillip Kwok) father, in this section demonstrating the chopstick and bowl.
During the climax to the film many Sil Lum Hark Fu Mun weapons can be seen including the chopstick and bowl, wooden bench and ratten ring.

There is a short scene where the Ratten Ring (Po Ap Chuen Lin) is used. The fight scene directors for the film were introduced to this set by Master Wong Cheung for a token payment.
The film was released in the US in 1982 and was distributed by Columbia Tristar as well as others.
Like most movies released in Hong Kong during that time, its original soundtrack is dubbed in Mandarin, not Cantonese. The Cantonese soundtrack was dubbed years later when Cantonese became the predominant language used in the Hong Kong movies in the 1980s.
